REFUND POLICY

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, with all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without first requesting authorisation will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail return label along with instructions on how to return your item.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free for all approved returns

  • Returns must be sent using the provided Royal Mail label


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, where applicable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at nicole@aerysactive.com

  2. Return the original item using the provided label

  3. Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement item


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are treated the same as full-price items and are eligible for return within the 14-day return period, provided they meet the return conditions above.


Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK consumer protection laws.


Return Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns where we reasonably believe there is repeated or abusive use of our returns process.
